Terri Carr, Director of Sales and Marketing
Terri brings to The Landing at Willow Grove 26 years of experience working with seniors, their families and the staff that cares for them. She has worked in skilled nursing, home care, but has really found her home to be here at The Landing at Willow Grove working with those who need personal care and memory care. Terri has a strong background in sales & marketing as well as human resources.
When not at work she enjoys photography and is an NFL photographer for the Oakland Raiders for the past 15 years.
Terri’s personal philosophy is, “In serving others, we serve ourselves”.
Thomas R Downing – Director of Dining Services.
Thomas brings to The Landing over 35 years of experience in the food service industry ranging from commercial restaurants, private clubs and fine dining establishments. Having worked both the front and back of the house the total dining experience has been a driving force in his career. Tom born and raised in Ambler, Pa. Thomas has been married for 33 plus years and has 2 adult sons. During his free time he enjoys cooking for family and friends, regular exercise at the local gym and listening to contemporary jazz music and trying to play the piano. He goes the extra mile to ensure everyone has an enjoyable dining experience.
Cassandra Estinville, Assistant Director of Nursing
Cassandra brings to The Landing at Willow Grove 5 plus years of nursing experience as a charge nurse working with a primary focus in geriatric care and wound care. She prides herself on exceptional quality care and communication. While not at work Cassandra enjoys camping, cooking, amusement parks, traveling and spending time with her family. Having lived in California and in Philadelphia, Cassandra is excited to be an integral part of the lives of everyone here at The Landing at Willow Grove.
Cathy Flynn, Activities Director
Cathy brings to The Landing at Willow Grove over 17 years of work experience working within the healthcare industry, with 6 of those years working in a managerial role. Cathy has prior work experience in both home care and assisted living communities, however, her greatest passion is working with those needing dementia care. Cathy’s educational background is in human services/case management. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her children and friends, photography, and being outdoors.
Christine Grbas, Business Director
Christine has been in the field of office management for 20 plus years, including 5 years in the health care industry. Christine lives in Churchville with her family and in her spare time she enjoys watching her children play sports and is a huge Eagles fan. Whether they are a new resident or an employee Christine’s goal is to make the transition into The Landing smooth and enjoyable.
Joseph A. Irving, Senior Director
With over 25 years of hands-on experience in operations, management and marketing of seniors’ housing and senior care services, Joe works closely with community management to assure effective strategies and fulfillment of The Landing at Willow Grove’s mission to its residents and their families.
Sherri’s passion for seniors and senior care started when she was a young girl. Being the daughter of a single parent, she was raised by her grandparents. Her most fond memories of childhood are of her walking hand in hand with her grandmother across the street for tea, cookies, and an evening of Lawrence Welk.
Over the last eighteen years, Sherri has dedicated her career to serving seniors in the skilled and personal care settings. Her greatest joy is to deliver the highest quality of care, along with love and laughter, to those whom call The Landing home.
Because of her passion and love for seniors Crystal Morgan joined The Landing at Willow Grove as the Assistant Executive Director prior to be promoted as the Executive Director. She has spent many years serving the senior population through home care services, skilled nursing homes and hospice. Crystal’s educational background is in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, Marketing and Medical Billing. When not at work she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and volunteering in the community.

Crystal’s philosophy is “The meaning of life is to find your gift. The purpose of life is to give it away”.
Tracey Murphy – Director of Activities for Personal Care
Tracey brings to The Landing at Willow Grove many years of experience working with the elderly and developing exciting activity programs to keep their minds and bodies sharp. Some of her favorite activities to do with her residents are baking (from scratch), arts and crafts and taking residents on trips. When not thinking about the next exciting activity she is often found thinking about her only daughter and the future that awaits her as she transitions into college. Tracey loves sports and can normally be found debating the Phillies and Steelers with the residents.
